Vermarc

Maybe Vermarc doesn’t immediately ring a bell  but if you look around closely in the peloton or during group rides there are surprisingly many riders wearing clothing with the name Vermarc. This is a true Belgian brand founded by Frans Verbeeck in 1977. It’s the rider famous for his statement after the Tour of Flanders in 1975: ” Ik gonna say it as it is. I suffered tremendously. He (Eddy Merckx) rides 5km/h too fast for us.”

Two years later Verbeeck does another statement: “We will develop world’s best cycling wear.” That’s how Vermarc came into existence. Meanwhile this brand is supplier for teams as Lotto Soudal, Quick-Step Floors and Topsport Vlaanderen Baloise.
Today the Vermarc Sport brand stands for extraordinary and personalized design, outstanding quality and maximum performance. Its unique cut, comfort and use of high quality stretch Italian fabrics offer the greatest possible freedom of movement.

Vermarc wants to offer cycling clothing of high quality to passionate cyclists at affordable prices. At their website you find the complete Vermarc collection: bibs (long, 3/4, short), jerseys (long/short sleeves or sleeveless), wind vests, underwear etc. And this for both men and women.
